To offer the Croatian buyers the opportunity to taste or serve in their home a delicacy made from local fish, by a local producer, we also make consumer goods from these fillets. We produce them both under our own brand name and under the brand names of interested customers, most often foreign ones. These are beautifully designed packages of products that meet everyone's needs; from smaller packages of 75 g, 100 g and 160 g, which are offered for sale in chains of stores and delis, to larger packages of 500 g and 1000 g, intended for catering and the HORECA channels. In addition, larger packages, 3.5 kg for example, are suitable for restaurants and “hot bars” in retail chains. We continuously follow the trends, and we are always open to the idea of expanding or adjusting our range of products.
ARBA MAR is the name for the line of marinated products that is simple, natural, without supplements, or with an addition of herbs that enrich this delicate and perfect combination of fish and the tangy taste of lemon or vinegar. As perfect as the line of salted products, this line contains in its whiteness countless combinations and stories that can only be created by the imagination of real gourmands.
The ARBA SOL line in some way combines all semi–finished products and finished products that are created by salting and filleting of small pelagic fish from the Adriatic Sea in the production plant "Arbacommerce" production plant. Most of the fish is salted in barrels, where it matures, and is exported as a semi–finished product, or it is used for producing fillets for the Adriatic Delight sub-line of products.
Our salted products are prepared with great care and dedication to details. They are carefully cleaned and rinsed from salt, dried and packed in attractive packaging that does not hide the product but presents it in all its beauty.
In the Arba Led line, we offer several types of packaging of frozen sardines and anchovies. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, the fish is frozen using the individual quick-freezing method. When the fish is defrosted, it retains all the characteristics of a freshly caught fish. The packages are adapted to the usual household needs, so it does not take much time and effort to prepare a tasty and healthy meal.
