The ARBA SOL line in some way combines all semi–finished products and finished products that are created by salting and filleting of small pelagic fish from the Adriatic Sea in the production plant "Arbacommerce" production plant. Most of the fish is salted in barrels, where it matures, and is exported as a semi–finished product, or it is used for producing fillets for the Adriatic Delight sub-line of products.
Our salted products are prepared with great care and dedication to details. They are carefully cleaned and rinsed from salt, dried and packed in attractive packaging that does not hide the product but presents it in all its beauty.
When we process fish caught in an MSC - certified area in our MSC - certified production facility, we obtain this rarely excellent product that deserves the title of a royal delicacy, appealing to both the eye and the palate. It can be offered without hesitation to the most demanding expert, the most important guest, or given as a gift to someone we especially want to please.
Because of its size at the time of catching, the fish does not meet the requirements for the Premium quality product, but it definitely deserves our attention, for the amount of salt is carefully measured and the processing is done with the same care, to make sure that the product is a tempting snack for each gourmand.
