Marinated anchovy fillets are packed in plastic buckets or barrels of 20 kg, containing 15 kilograms of fillets in 5 liters of marinade.
The size of the fillet depends on the size of the fish, which varies from 41/45, 46/50, 51/55 to 56/60 pieces of fresh anchovies per kilogram.
Barrels prepared this way are ready for sale, or they can be used in the production of marinated anchovies of our brand ArbaMar.
